The Amon Parmenter House, circa 1847. A 4,790 square foot Victorian meticulously restored over four finished stories. Five bedrooms, four and a half baths, a sun-filled kitchen with 9-foot quartz island, original curved staircase, marble primary suite, dormered third floor, finished lower level, two-car garage, and an oversized backyard on a 1/3 acre lot in the heart of downtown Newport.

Historic Restoration
The Amon Parmenter House, circa 1847. A meticulously restored 4,790 sq ft Victorian with five bedrooms and four and a half baths across four finished stories. A Newport home fully renovated with a custom kitchen featuring shiplap ceilings, open shelving, farmhouse sink, and quartz island. Updated bathrooms, refinished living spaces with restored hardwood floors, and a new exterior. Clean, coastal, and built to last.
Multi-Unit to Single Family Conversion
A Newport multi-unit converted into a single family home. Full renovation with open kitchens, farmhouse sinks, custom tile bathrooms, and restored hardwood floors throughout. New staircases, updated systems, and a fresh exterior with landscaping and bluestone walkways.

A full gut renovation featuring a navy blue island with calacatta quartz, herringbone mosaic backsplash, gold hardware throughout, and a marble walk-in shower.

A single-level home on a generous lot off Wapping Road, renovated from end to end: a new kitchen, bedrooms and baths, a reworked dining room and breezeway, and a refreshed exterior. Black hardware throughout ties it together.
Redesign — New Second Story
A classic Newport cape being redesigned from the ground up: a new second floor, a two-car garage with a primary suite above it, and a breezeway connecting the two.

Over the past six-plus years and more than 80 projects, Nick has built a full-service operation spanning Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He sources every property, plans every renovation, selects every finish, and oversees construction from first demo to final walkthrough.
